  • One session is 45min power breath & 15min intergration

  • 5-6 rounds

  • Each round ca 5min + breath retention

  • Divided into steps

  • Rapid breath, short/long breat retention

  • Repeat

9. Solo practice

Learn how to relax into the practice without a recorded link (and Sanna)

  • Great way to learn the practice by heart

  • Helpful for the mind to let go

  • Favourite playlist (or why not a new one?)

  • Timer on 5min

  • Breath retention sequence

  • Hold for as long as you can

  • Repeat until you don’t need the timer anymore..

Challenge

  • Explore SOLO practice 3 times a 3 rounds.
